Job Title: City Head / General Manager - Distress Asset & Auction Sales
Company Profile:
A leading PropTech platform revolutionizing the real estate ecosystem across buying, selling, renting, home services, and financial products. The organization is expanding its distressed asset and bank property vertical across major metro cities.
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and scale the Distress Asset / Bank Auction Property business for the city. The role involves managing banking partnerships, onboarding distressed assets/NPA properties, driving sales closures, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for onboarding distressed/NPA properties.

- Drive end-to-end auction/distress property sales including acquisition, listing, lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop city-level business strategy to scale the vertical and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor teams comprising Cluster Heads, Sales Managers, and Client Advisors.
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor market trends, auction opportunities, pricing benchmarks, and customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with banking processes, legal documentation, and transaction SOPs.
- Track productivity metrics, sales conversions, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Mortgage/Home Loans, LAP, Banking Partnerships, Auctions, or Distress Asset Management.

- Strong network with Banks, NBFCs, Recovery Teams, and Asset Management Teams preferred.
- Proven team handling and revenue management experience.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of real estate documentation and asset monetization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from real estate, banking, mortgage, auction/property recovery, or financial services industries will be preferred.
