Job Description
- As a Branch Manager with a sales background, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and staff management of a branch office. Your role entails driving sales growth, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch targets, managing branch operations, team, and customer relationships, as well as ensuring compliance and risk management. You will also be expected to prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and other key metrics.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a branch or retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and make informed decisions is crucial, along with knowledge of financial management and branch operations. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (B2C) is required for this role.
