Job Description
- As a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise, your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure of the company while ensuring streamlined development and deployment processes. You will be responsible for the following core responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Setting up and managing source code version control using Git repositories
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Configuring and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency
- Coordinating with Development and QA teams for load testing and stress testing
- Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery of production systems
- Implementing security best practices and compliance requirements
- Undertaking regular security audits of the infrastructure
- Collaborating with development teams to improve deployment processes
- Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues

- Automating routine operational tasks

Your technical requirements include expertise in AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, VPC, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, EBS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, Security Groups, Lambda, API Gateway, ELB, Auto Scaling, and Video Transcoding. Additionally, you should be familiar with DevOps tools and technologies like Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu, CloudFormation), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), version control systems (Git), configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), log management (ELK Stack), and VPN setup and management.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role. Additionally, proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication and documentation skills are required. AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer, are preferred qualifications.
In this position, you are expected to design and implement scalable cloud architectures, automate infrastructure deployment and management, set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems, implement security controls and best practices, optimize cloud costs and resource utilization, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
This is a full-time job opportunity with an in-person work location.,
