Scrum Master/Business Analyst (Salesforce) - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)

We are looking for an experiencedScrum Master/Business Analystto support the Salesforce team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires a strong blend of agile leadership, business analysis, and Salesforce platform expertise. The ideal candidate will effectively bridge business requirements with technical delivery while ensuring disciplined agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce development teams.
• Own and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks using Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and traceability.
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, requirements, and knowledge artifacts in Confluence.
• Perform Salesforce administrative activities such as user management, security configuration, data management, and basic platform configuration.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case documentation and coordination of deployments.
• Track key project metrics, prepare reports, and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in Salesforce-based environments.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira for agile delivery and issue tracking.
• Proficiency in Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
