Job Title: Strategic Account & Alliance Lead - UK Market (India-Based)
Shift Timing: UK Shift (12:00 IST to 21:00 IST)

Overview
VE3 is a digital transformation leader at the intersection of cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and innovation, partnering with global technology giants including AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle and Salesforce. Were looking for a high-performing Strategic Account & Alliance Lead to manage our UK client portfolio and lead strategic partnerships from India. This pivotal role integrates account management with alliance development to drive both delivery success and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management (UK Focus)
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with UK-based clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary contact.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of UK client projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans, coordinating across internal delivery teams in India and globally.
- Adapt communication and engagement styles to align with UK business culture and client expectations.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and organic growth opportunities across existing accounts.
- Develop and present project updates, business reviews, and performance dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic Alliance and Partnership Leadership
- Own and manage relationships with key technology partners and serving as VE3s primary liaison.
- Identify joint business opportunities and co-sell initiatives with partner platforms and ecosystems.
- Collaborate with VE3 product, marketing, and delivery teams to build scalable Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies on partner platforms.
- Represent VE3 at partner events, webinars, and industry forums, driving thought leadership and brand positioning.
- Ensure compliance with partner programs and lead internal training and certification efforts to grow VE3s technical capabilities.
Business Development & Market Growth
- Drive business development initiatives aligned with UK market trends and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals and value propositions.
- Engage in competitive intelligence and market analysis to position VE3 effectively in the UK and EMEA regions.
- Work with resellers, distributors, and alliance partners to expand VE3s reach in target sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- UG: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. in any specialization
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Operations, or Business Strategy (preferred)
- Experience:
- 5+ years in a dual-role capacity involving account management and alliance leadership, preferably in cloud services, IT consulting, or digital transformation sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing UK or EMEA clients and partner ecosystems.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Understanding of cloud-based project delivery and SaaS/PaaS business models.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities.
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
- Google Cloud Professional Architect
