Academic Counsellor K-10 Segment

Vedantu is looking for passionate, energetic, and target-driven Academic Counsellors to join our growing team in Bengaluru. If you enjoy interacting with students and parents, helping them make informed academic decisions, and achieving sales targets, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding Vedantus K-10 learning programs.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from prospective customers.
• Understand students academic needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to enrollment.
• Explain course features, fee structures, and program benefits clearly and confidently.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• 
  Share daily and weekly performance reports with the Team Leader.
• Deliver an excellent counseling experience while helping students make informed academic decisions.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, inside sales, telesales, or the education industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the K-10 education segment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Candidates must have their own laptop.

Work Details

• Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time
