About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closing activities, MIS reporting, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage and execute month-end and year-end closure activities within defined timelines.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA Intermediate (Mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Month-End Closure
• MIS Preparation
• Audit Support/Management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an added advantage.
