Growth Associate

Vedantu is looking for a highly driven Growth Associate to support the execution of growth initiatives across campaigns, product launches, user acquisition, retention, and revenue tracking.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1] Campaign Execution & Growth Operations

• Execute end-to-end growth campaigns across YouTube, WhatsApp, email, SMS, landing pages, and paid/organic channels
• Support GTM launches for products, webinars, test series, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate assets, timelines, audience lists, and approvals
• Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time

2] Analytics & Reporting

• Track key metrics: leads, CTR, CVR, AOV, revenue, retention
• 
  Maintain dashboards and performance trackers
• Identify insights and highlight improvement areas

3[ Funnel Management

• Monitor user journeys across acquisition ? engagement ? conversion
• Identify drop-offs and coordinate fixes
• Manage lead flow, remarketing, and follow-ups

4] Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with content, design, tech, sales, and marketing teams
• Ensure timely execution across stakeholders
• Document plans and campaign learnings

5] Experimentation & Optimization

• Run A/B tests across creatives, pricing, messaging, and landing pages
• Identify growth levers and optimization opportunities

6] Process & Documentation

• Build SOPs, trackers, and campaign calendars
• Document insights and create repeatable playbooks

What Were Looking For

• 03 years of experience in growth, marketing, ops, or analytics roles
• Strong execution ability and attention to detail
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and performance tracking
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
