Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a focus on driving lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives.
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience in EdTech, D2C, or high-growth startup environments.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
• Basic understanding of CRO and landing page optimization.
