Job Description
– Senior Associate , Finance (Revenue/Accounts Receivable)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – Finance
(Revenue/Accounts Receivable) to manage customer invoicing, receivables, reconciliations, MIS
reporting, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices.
- Perform customer reconciliations.
- Monitor receivable ageing and collections.
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Support month-end closing.
- Reconcile revenue, invoices and collections.
- Support audits.
- Improve AR processes.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH,
Power Query).
- Knowledge in B2B E-commerce platforms.
- Tally ERP & SQL knowledge.
- GST, TDS and accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
BCom/MCom/MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter, CMA Inter, with 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable
