Job Description

    As a Channel Manager at Veeam, your role is crucial in ensuring alignment, enablement, and performance of the partners in your territory. Your main responsibility is to actively engage partners in selling Veeam technology to end customers and targeted prospects. Understanding Veeam's go-to-market strategy and identifying synergies with partners are key to driving growth opportunities.
    **Responsibilities:**
    - Managing relationships in a highly leveraged, matrixed environment
    - Reinforcing sales & technical knowledge of the partner
    - Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within a partner account
    - Creating annual and quarterly business plans with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners
    - Developing, negotiating, and tracking joint Action Plans with the partner
    - Discovering partners" pipeline and keeping it updated
    - Keeping partners informed about Veeam news and promotions
    - Ensuring compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and driving partner level upgrades
    - Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and their benefits
    - Providing support to partners for licensing and technical issues related to Veeam products
    - Assisting qualified prospects and customers with follow-ups, product information, quotations, and closures
    - Providing forecasting and account opportunity insights as required
    - Updating and maintaining partner accounts in Salesforce.com
    - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory/region
    **Qualifications:**
    - Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent years of experience
    - Sales experience with or through the Channel Partner ecosystems

    - Sales experience in relevant industries of backup, cloud, data center (a plus)
    - Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly
    - Analytical thinker with a proven ability to measure and govern
    - Experience with Veeam Alliance Partners
    - Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
    - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    - Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to convey information to the partner community
    - Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
