Role Description

The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will manage the brand's social media presence while creating story-driven content that connects emotionally with the audience. This role focuses on turning everyday moments, experiences, and brand values into engaging stories that drive growth and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with strong storytelling and hooks.
• Create engaging visual and written content aligned with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
• Research and apply relevant trends while maintaining narrative consistency.
• Plan and manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Track performance and optimize content based on insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality content.
