Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to support our fintech operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support to internal users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

Maintain and monitor computer systems, networks, and security protocols.

Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.

Assist with data backups, antivirus management, and system performance checks.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in IT administration or technical support.

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of networking, system configurations, and troubleshooting.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with fintech systems or software will be an added advantage.
