Experience: Minimum 6 months as IT Administrator
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Salary: 14000 - 20000 per month +variables
Gender: Male candidates only

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our NBFC operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system reliability, and user support.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
• Perform regular system backups and updates.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Ensure system security and compliance with company IT policies.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with antivirus management and data backup systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks.

• Male candidates residing in or near Ernakulam district.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
