Salesforce Business Analyst
Toyota Connected needs an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with relevant experience of solving business problems in the automotive domain with a strong focus on improving customer experience.
This role requires engaging with business stakeholders to elicit their business requirements or understand issues with any existing business process. You would be responsible for expanding the given requirement or process gaps to suggest a viable and maintainable solution in collaboration with other stakeholders like solution-architect and domain-architects. You would also be responsible for translating these requirements into actionable workitems (usecases, userstories, etc.) maintained into a product-backlog.
The role requires previous experience with agile processes and artifacts like product-backlog, backlogrefinement, sprint planning etc. You will be responsible for product-backlog refinement, prioritization and sprint-planning with a sharp focus on delivering agreed business value at the end of each sprint.

You would also collaborate with the delivery team to clearly communicate business requirements to them and support user acceptance testing for high-quality delivery.

- Proficient at documenting existing business processes and gap-analysis
- Hands-on experience of agile product-backlog maintenance and refinement
- Experienced at managing relevant stakeholders like product-owner and maintaining alignment with the delivery team
- Hands on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Domain Skills (relevant to automotive domain):
- Understanding of customer relationship lifecycle
- Understanding of vehicle sales lifecycle
- Understanding of Dealer Customer interactions
- Expertise in industry specific data models like Leads, Opportunities, Prospect, Customer, and Vehicle used to model related lifecycles.
Platform Skills:
The candidate must have previous project experience in following areas:
- Salesforce Platform
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Adept at using SOQL queries for data-extraction and analysis
Additional Skills:
Candidates with additional experience of Loyalty-Cloud and Marketing-Cloud would be preferred.
