We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead with 45 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and a proven track record of generating quality leads and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram campaigns).
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
