Job Description
- As an experienced SAP Test Lead with 10-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and delivering quality for S/4 HANA implementation, upgrade, or conversion programs. Your role will involve designing, creating, and implementing test strategies for large SAP programs, including implementation, upgrade, and S/4 transformation projects. You will be the independent quality SPOC for the project team, developing test approaches for the entire program.
Your key responsibilities will include performing analysis for automation testing, performance testing, and integration testing for large SAP programs. You will conduct end-to-end testing of SAP systems to ensure the correct functioning of the integration between various modules. Additionally, you will be involved in developing an Automation Framework for UI and APIs from scratch or enhancing existing frameworks, especially with Tricentis Tosca.
You will be required to review, monitor, and summarize the progress of project testing activities. Identifying, registering, planning, and mitigating risks will be crucial aspects of your role, and you will need to clearly communicate these risks to stakeholders. Your focus will be on achieving efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness in testing processes. Regular attendance at daily scrums will also be expected as part of your responsibilities.

Overall, as an SAP Test Lead, you will play a key role in managing the test environment, tracking progress, reporting status to stakeholders, and addressing any issues or risks that arise during testing. Your experience in building test plans and test strategies, as well as your knowledge and hands-on experience with different test tools, will be valuable assets in this role.,
