Job Description
- Your role involves onboarding, induction, orientation, and assimilation of new joiners into the team/BU/location. You will be responsible for conducting employee engagement and team building activities such as 1 to 1 connects, Fun Fridays, sports, and other events. Performance management activities like Quarterly Check-Ins, Skip Level Meetings, and Annual Appraisals will also be under your purview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, induction, and assimilation of new joiners
- Organize employee engagement and team building activities
- Implement performance management processes
- Handle employee relations and address concerns
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend retention strategies
- Enhance employee experience at all touchpoints
- Support Corporate L&D and TA Teams
- Oversee facility management, including space and interiors
- Manage electrical, lighting, power, air conditioning, fire & safety, internet, minor projects, soft services, cafeteria, inventory, vendors, and compliance.
