Job Description
- As a Sales or Marketing Executive at our dynamic and rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing and sales strategies to boost brand presence and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals, and creating marketing campaigns to promote our products/services. You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for various channels, monitor campaign performance, and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
In addition to tracking sales and marketing metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports, you will work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to drive the company's growth. Participation in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for improving sales and marketing efforts is essential.
For freshers, a strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development, good communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment are required. Experienced candidates should have proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, a strong understanding of market research and customer segmentation, experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Soft skills such as excellent communication (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and effective time management are highly valued in this role.
