Job Role - Head Channel Sales - Premium Vehicle
Work Experience - 13-18 years of relevant experience
Position Reports - Head - Premium Business
Purpose of the role
Achieve short term and long term busines objectives (Volume, Market share, Customer satisfaction) by
1. Continiously improve network capacity and capabality through appointment, evaluation and improvement.
2. Drive SOP adherence to deliver the best CX journey for customer satisfaction
3. Develop and impliment short and long term business plans through forecasting processes
4. Interface to execute the strategic programs through network
Role Description
Sales Planning and achievement
1.2 Forecast sales for next three months
1.3 Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
1.4 Communicate and deploy strategies and policies
2. PDCA and Support
2.1 Negotiate and arrange the brand and other sales enablers inputs (Retail finance, BTL )
2.2 Conduct weekly PDCA with focus on process for results with Area Managers for business improvement actions
2.3 Evaluate competition offerings and plan suitable response
2.4 Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy
2.5 Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and teams and provide suitable opportunities or challenges
2.6 Facilitate decision making for the team

3.1 Visit key dealers/town and coach the sales team and dealers on SOP and process adherence
3.2 Talk to key dealers/competition to get market updates/trends
3.3 Check effectiveness on relationships of team with dealers
3.4 Check the organization standards adherence and initiate corrective actions based on mystery customer audit
4. Network development
4.1 Select and recommend parties for dealerships
4.2 Review weak dealers for future course of actions
5. Training and development
5.1 Mentor and coach the team
5.2 Develop the succession plan through identify the gaps and training needs for the team
5.3 Identify the competency gaps for field team and suggest learning requirement
