Job Description
- As a Superintending Engineer Electrical, your role involves leading the preparation and review of project basis of design feasibility studies and strategic plans for electrical systems in corporate infrastructure. You will review and approve electrical layouts for Facility Utility HVAC Clean Rooms and Process Equipment. Additionally, you will develop master plans for electrical distribution systems aligned with organizational growth and energy efficiency goals. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating project requirements and proposing innovative cost-effective electrical solutions, as well as integrating energy-saving technologies into project designs. Furthermore, you will prepare Bar Chart Gantt Chart for macro and micro-level planning of electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the design and review of HTLT power distribution systems, substations, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and renewable energy sources
- Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical works ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Evaluating and approving electrical layouts for lighting, fire alarm systems, security, process equipment, HVAC control panels, and clean room requirements
- Ensuring electrical designs adhere to pharma industry standards, GMP, and energy efficiency protocols
- Monitoring project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Leading kickoff meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project goals
- Reviewing and approving GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for electrical systems and infrastructure
- Supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP guidelines, and technical specifications
- Overseeing facility validation qualification of electrical systems and supporting audits

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15-20 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Technical skills in electrical engineering
- Soft skills in plant maintenance
