Presales Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Presales Data Analyst supports sales and solutioning efforts by executing Master Data Management (MDM) Proofs of Concept (POCs), data assessments, and technical validations. The role blends engineering domain knowledge, data analysis, and client interaction to demonstrate Verdantis MDM & MRO capabilities and business value.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Execute MDM Proofs of Concept (POCs) using client master data samples
• Analyze data quality issues, duplicates, and standardization gaps
• Perform classification, normalization, enrichment, and deduplication
• Prepare before/after data views, metrics, and presales demo outputs
• Identify samples from unstructured data for solution illustrations
• Extract and validate technical specifications for MRO categories
• Plan and execute the POCs in a timely manner ensuring highest quality
• Support RFP/RFI technical responses and solution validation
• 
  Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product, and Delivery teams
• Document POC outcomes, assumptions, and findings
• Participate in client walkthroughs and technical discussions
• Tracking POC progress with various project management methods such as Daily Status Meetings, 1-1 meetings with managers, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets, Problem Solving/Brainstorming Sessions, etc.
• Documentation of key decisions and communications with meeting minutes and status reports
• Perform in collaborative organizational structure ensuring right authority is updated with accurate status on timely manner
• Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation with effective use of AI

Evaluate/recommend emerging technologies that may contribute to our analytical platform

Experience - 2 -7 years of industry experience

• BE: Mechanical /Production / Electrical/ Electronics & Telecommunication years of industry experience
