The role of Revenue Accountant within the Finance Function at Verint involves contributing to the regional revenue compliance team, primarily concentrating on collecting and processing SaaS usage transactions within the IVR business line accurately and promptly. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure adherence to accounting standards, particularly regarding revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile customer, transaction, and usage data from established sources efficiently and methodically, translating it into monthly billing amounts per customer and application.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of customer and billing information in the transaction source system through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure precise and timely booking and billing of IVR SaaS usage transactions.
- Analyze monthly usage fluctuations and address inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers regarding usage and billing.
- Propose enhancements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of various procedures.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Information Technology from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting or finance experience with a proven track record in high-volume account reconciliations, monthly journal entry preparation, variance analysis, and GL schedule support.
- Proficiency in US GAAP and familiarity with the SaaS business model.
- Knowledge of the software and telecom industry.
