We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Support Consultant to take ownership of the ongoing success, stability, and evolution of our clients FDI environments (formerly Fusion Analytics Warehouse).
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-led mindset. Youll play a critical role in ensuring high availability, optimised performance, and continuous value from Oracle analytics platformswhile acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Working alongside architects, developers, analysts, and service delivery teams, youll lead support activities, drive improvements, and help clients maximise the power of their data.
What Youll Be Doing
Platform Ownership & Support
You Will:
- Lead the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environments
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage problem resolution
- Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to maintain platform stability and performance
- Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and query response times
You Will:
- Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and reporting needs
- Provide expert guidance on FDI architecture, data modelling, and best practices
- Lead requirements workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer
You Will:
- Implement and configure FDI solutions aligned to client requirements
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Perform data integration activities including ETL and data validation
- Support Unit Testing and UAT, working with business users to achieve sign-off
You Will:
- Stay current with new FDI features, Oracle analytics innovations, and industry trends
- Produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and operational guidance
- Independently manage the Analytics support track and client relationships
What Were Looking For
Essential
You will have:
- Extensive experience developing and supporting Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence
- Strong understanding of:
- Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing concepts
- Data modelling and ETL processes
- PL/SQL
- Proven experience delivering successful FDI implementations or support engagements end-to-end
- Experience managing Unit Testing and UAT with business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and translate business requirements into solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
You Will Have:
- Experience with wider Oracle Analytics technologies:
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

- OBIEE / OBIA
- Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Machine Learning capabilities
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and their integrations
- Experience training super users and delivering structured knowledge transfer
