We are building multiple AI-first products and platforms under the Version Labs ecosystem, including:

- Clef / Enterprise AI Assistants Secure AI assistants for organizations
- Version Labs Enterprise AI, LMS & automation solutions
We work with enterprises, mid-size companies, governments, and fast-growing startups in India and globally.
Role: Founding Sales Lead (Full-Cycle B2B Sales)
This is not a typical sales job.
You will:
- Own end-to-end B2B sales (outbound ? demo ? close)
- Work closely with the founder on GTM, pricing, and positioning
- Help shape how sales is done in the company

What Youll Do
- Identify and build a targeted B2B prospect list
- Run outbound sales via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Book and conduct product demos
- Understand client problems and pitch the right AI solution
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Close deals and support onboarding handoff
- Maintain CRM and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with founder on sales strategy & messaging
What Were Looking For
Must-Have:
- 25 years experience in B2B SaaS / IT services / HR tech / LMS / AI solutions
- Comfortable with cold outreach & outbound sales
- Strong communication skills (English required; Hindi/Gujarati a plus)
- Experience selling to CXOs, HR heads, founders, or tech leaders
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership
Good to Have:
- Experience in startups or early-stage companies
- Basic understanding of AI / SaaS products
