Accountant & Operations Executive

Location: On-site, Bangalore

Compensation: 4.8–5.4 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant field

Versionwhale Pvt. Ltd. is the exlcusive marketing and distribution company for NEMO, a South Korean water care brand. As we grow, we need someone dependable and detail-oriented who can manage both accounting and operational coordination across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records
2. Handle purchase entries, sales entries, expense tracking, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
3. Coordinate with the CA for monthly GST filings, documentation, and compliance-related requirements
4. Manage shipment-related records, inventory tracking, and operational documentation
5. Support Amazon-related accounting and operational work, including shipment records, reconciliations, and inventory-related coordination
6. Maintain records of payables, receivables, vendor transactions, and expenses
7. Prepare regular reports related to accounts, stock movement, and operational status
8. Ensure proper documentation and organized record-keeping for audits and internal review
9. Assist in smooth day-to-day finance and operations management

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
2. A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is required
3. Good understanding of GST, invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance support
4. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
5. Ability to coordinate with CAs, logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams
6. Experience with inventory management, shipment documentation, or e-commerce operations like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc. will be an advantage
7. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and reliability
