Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services, understand business requirements, and set up meetings.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

Stay updated with industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital promotions, and brand-building efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Experience working with staffing and recruiting industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
