At Vestas, Service SIOP (Sales, Inventory Operations Planning) we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever developing task in a forward-thinking environment.Service SIOP has the responsibility to define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, forecast and planning for all materials for the service business, inventory management maintaining optimal inventory level across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Ensures service supply chain master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality/accuracy
• Identify areas for data quality improvements and seeks to resolve data quality problems through error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
• In collaboration with subject matter experts, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable
• Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet the customer requirements while adhering to published data standards
• Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements
• Define, measure and monitor KPIs related to Master data

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate/post graduate in any stream
• Should have experience in Master data management
• Solid experience in Handling large data sets & Reporting
• Working knowledge in SQL/R/Python is needed

Competencies

• Expert knowledge in SAP is must (MM, SD module specifically) , MS Office suites
• Ability to understand the complex supply chain network and should be able to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner
• Cross cultural understanding is necessary and Advanced in stakeholder management skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working style is well structured, proactive, consistent and persistent
• Good system and business understanding
• Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
