Role Overview:
As an Associate Program Manager at Vetic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our product and service categories. This position involves orchestrating end-to-end program execution, from conceptualization to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development. You will be instrumental in shaping our market offerings, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for our pet parents, directly contributing to Vetic's expansion and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program management initiatives from ideation through implementation, coordinating resources and timelines to deliver key projects on schedule and within budget.
- Formulate and refine pricing strategies across various product and service lines, leveraging market insights and cost analysis to maximize profitability and customer value.
- Design and implement effective sales promotion and discount planning initiatives, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize product and service assortment based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends, ensuring a compelling and relevant offering for our target audience.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify performance gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, operations, and finance teams, to align program objectives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, particularly in developing and executing business strategy and pricing strategy.
- Proficiency in sales promotion and discount planning, with an understanding of their impact on market share and profitability.
- Experience in assortment planning and optimization, capable of making data-backed decisions to enhance product offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a dynamic business environment, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or a consumer-facing industry.
- This role is based out of our Gurgaon/Gurugram office, requiring on-site presence to foster collaborative team dynamics.
