Legal Team Lead (LPO) - International Client Coordination

We are hiring a legally strong and client-facing Legal Team Lead to manage drafting and delivery across international projects. The role requires hands-on legal drafting, team supervision, SOP-driven execution, and confident communication with US/UK/Canada clients.

Location: Noida, Sector 63 (H Block) near Metro

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift) (Mon - Fri)

Commute: Self-commute required

Experience: 4+ years overall legal/LPO experience with minimum 2+ years Team Handling / Project Management

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Legal Drafting Delivery & Quality

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of legal drafting, research, and case preparation tasks across domains such as Immigration, Personal Injury, Probate, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and IPR, etc.
• Review drafts, improve structure/tone, and ensure jurisdiction-specific formats and filing readiness.
• Maintain quality benchmarks and reduce rework through QC checklists and review notes.
  

2) Client Coordination & Escalation Handling

• Act as SPOC for international clients (US/UK/Canada) and manage daily communication.
• Understand instructions, templates, and jurisdiction requirements; clarify ambiguities proactively.
• Handle escalations independently with strong problem-solving and clear communication.

3) Team Leadership, SOPs & Training

• Lead, mentor, and train legal associates on drafting standards, writing style, and workflows.
• Create/maintain SOPs, drafting checklists, trackers, and internal knowledge notes.
• Allocate work, monitor timelines, and ensure consistency across team output.

4) Reporting & Operational Excellence

• Maintain structured trackers (daily delivery, errors, rework, SLA adherence).
• Share daily/weekly updates with internal leadership and clients as required.
• Coordinate with QA/Operations/HR for staffing, training, and delivery stability.

• Proven experience in team handling/project delivery in an LPO/legal services environment (preferred: team size 6-8+ or SPOC responsibility).
• Strong drafting exposure across at least 2 of our domains (Immigration/PI/Probate/Family/Bankruptcy/IPR/Civil).
• Preferred exposure to post-litigation and court-ready drafting (pleadings, motions, affidavits, written statements/replies, discovery responses), in addition to pre-litigation work
• Strong understanding of US/UK/Canada documentation style, formats, and client expectations.
• Excellent English communication (drafting + client emails + calls).
• Comfortable working in night shift and time-sensitive delivery.

Note:- Candidates with experience limited to eDiscovery/document review/contract abstraction/QC/CLM only, without real drafting ownership, would not be considered.
