JioCinema is looking for a Growth Operation Executive to work as an integral member of our performance ad-ops team, consulting with some of the most exciting companies across categories. With proven understanding of performance marketing, online and traditional media, this role will work in partnership with performance ad-ops team to develop JioCinema solutions.

What will you do?
- Strategic Partnership Development: Work with advertisers to understand their business objectives and develop the JioCinema strategy in partnership with the client solution, which will constitute building on insights, crafting media plans, page strategy, creative and measurement recommendations
- Client Account Management: Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product road-maps, platform strategy and the overall Facebook narrative
- Campaign Performance Management: Manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients’ goals, metrics, and objectives, including leveraging large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights for advertising campaigns
- Applicants with minimum experience of 2-5 years in a fast-paced startup, MNC and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
- Candidates with understanding of online advertising, industry, client business models and competitive solutions
- Individuals with knowledge of industry norms on media measurement
- Individuals with excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills , as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
- Candidates having strong working knowledge of tools like MMP tools like appsflyer, branch, Google analytics
- Individuals with demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
- Individuals with a passion for and understanding of Facebook brand and performance solutions
