Packaging Executive

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent to provide technical support for developing secondary packaging and ensuring key line drawings (KLD), item codes, and substrates for injectable products and its documentation, including LIMS specifications and master packaging records, and identify suitable packaging equipment at the site. The role details as below-

• Preparation, execution & implementation of packaging validation protocols.
• Handling of commercial activities in executing new projects/ components.
• Maintain packaging Details for costing purpose.
• Perform reference pack evaluation and gap analysis for site variation projects.
• 
  Ensure inputs for creation of item codes, artworks and guidelines are provided on time.
• Perform technical approval and Artwork review and approval in OAMS.
• Coordinate with customer for technical approvals and follow up for artwork clearance.
• Coordinate for the change part development and arranging samples for machine trails.
• Recommend new ideas, novel design concepts for brand protection and brand enhancements.
• Design secondary and tertiary packaging materials of intended products for commercial and site variation projects as per business development.
• Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) details and provide technical support for MPR generation.
• Preparation & Review of Master Packaging Record (MPRs).

• Preparation and Review of packaging material specifications/ STP & drawings.
• Design shipper labels as per customer requirements, Preparing & updating of GTIN in software.
• Perform execution of Track wise activities of Quality Management systems such as Change control, deviations, and incidents for continuous compliance.
• Responsible for preparation & revision of SOP's.
• Report and escalate incidents as situation demand.
• Carry out activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time, for which he is authorized to perform as per the SOP.

Candidates with Post-Graduation / Specialization in Packaging Technology from reputed institutes are preferred
