Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent technical support and issue resolution.

Required Qualification and Skills:

- 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with common computer hardware and software.
