Handle queries related to healthcare policies & insurance, ensuring professional customer support.
Salary: 25,000 42,000 in-hand + Incentives
Eligibility: HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
Requirements: Excellent English, Night Shifts, 5 Days Working, Rotational Offs
2. Technical Support Voice (Australian Shift)
Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting & upselling services.
Salary: 22,000 27,000 in-hand + Incentives
Eligibility: HSC with 6+ months International BPO experience
Shift: AUS Shift (3 AM 3 PM Rotational)
Other: One-side transport, Rotational Offs
3. Banking Process Voice
Support international banking customers with queries on transactions, accounts & services.
Salary: 27,000 35,000 in-hand + 3,000 Allowance + Retention Bonus up to 1.3 Lakh/year
