Job Description
Senior Finance Executive – General Ledger Accounting
Responsibilities
- Monthly general ledger accounting processes and reconciliations to assist with month end close for Lingerie & Apparel
- Review freight / duty / brokerage accruals monthly and investigate on aged items.
- Prepare monthly freight / duty / brokerage Balance Sheet schedules.
- Work with US counterparts to handle Freight / Duty / Brokerage Clearance accounting, relevant analysis report
- Run clearing for freight / duty / brokerage – match freight / duty / brokerage accruals against payment file provided by US
- Review production variance and answer questions from US on material fluctuation.
- Work with Dispute Management team on air sea claims cases.
- Review miscellaneous cost accruals for manual reclassification or adjustment.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, including review clearing logics if there is change of operation.
- Work with the VS Information Technology team on issues or changes to clearing process.

Qualifications
- Able to work independently and meet tight timelines;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Strong multitasking ability and demonstrated self-management skills

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- 5+ years in general ledger accounting management in sizable MNC matrix organization environment;
- SAP experience;
- Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint
