- Frontend Development: Collaborate with designers and other developers to translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Reactjs. Knowing WordPress is an added advantage.
- Backend Development:Assist in building and maintaining server-side applications and databases (MySQL, MongoDB) to support web applications using programming languages like PHP or Node.js (Preferably Nodejs).
- Web Application Testing: Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub).
- Server Administration: Should persist knowledge to host website on the server. Knowing File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is an added advantage.
- Code Maintenance: Help with code versioning, optimization, and documentation to ensure the maintainability and scalability of projects.
- Data Analytics & SEO: Familiarity with data analytics concepts is highly valued. Knowledge of SEO principles is preferred. (optional)
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities to learn and grow your technical skills, staying motivated to enhance your expertise in web development technologies.
- Educational Background: Candidates must hold at least a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science (B.Sc CS), Information Technology (B.Sc IT), Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), or Masters in Information Technology (M.Sc IT).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in web development.
- Self-Motivated: We seek individuals with self-motivated personalities who can thrive in a flexible, team-based environment.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration within the team. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Independent Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
