Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Visit potential customers daily to promote products and services.
Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and follow up on pending deals.
Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide after-sales support to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and convey it to the management team.
4. Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities
Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and marketing materials during client visits.
Promote the company’s brand image in the local market.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and conversion details.
Share regular updates with the sales manager regarding field activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for better client support.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Understanding of sales strategies and lead generation techniques.
