Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Reach out to prospects and convert online leads into active customers, contributing to Angel Ones growth.
• Account Assistance: Assist clients in opening Demat and Trading accounts, providing clear guidance through the process for Angel One.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for 3rd party products and client acquisition at Angel One.
• 
  Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Angel Ones CRM system.
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Angel Ones products and services to effectively promote them to clients.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals at Angel One.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance and client interactions to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Adhere to Angel Ones policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of service.
  

Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification of Graduate and above.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in tele sales or customer service; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients for Angel One.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive client experiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications for managing leads and tracking sales at Angel One.
