Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Business Development at Vikrant Forge Pvt Limited, located in Kolkata. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations, and setting and achieving strategic goals to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks will include market research, proposal development, negotiations, presentations, and overseeing business development initiatives.

- Experience in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Proven track record in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Networking
- Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and cross-functional coordination
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Experience in the forging or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
