Job Responsibility
Manages the reception area meets and greets visitors & manages the telephones.
Processes requests for stationery, office supplies, office furniture, equipment, etc.
Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
Manages incoming couriers and distributes it & coordinates outgoing courier
Manages travel and hotel bookings.
To attend to visitors, take care of routine administration in office.
Co-ordinate the office boys work allocation
Attend to calls, maintain front desk register, etc
Attend the guests and inform the concerned person in office.
Maintaining diaries & Arranging appointments
Arrangement & coordination of meetings & conferences
