Job Description

OVERVIEW

A dynamic and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing financial solutions that best fit the companys needs, collaborating with internal departments to forecast capital requirements, planning capital funding strategies, and managing the execution of transactions. The role also involves overseeing post-transaction activities to ensure efficient and effective capital management.

Office Location: DLF Phase V, Golf Course Road, Two Horizon Center, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana, India

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Identify and evaluate the financial solutions offered by banks to assess which best aligns with the companys requirements.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with banks for various financial products, including loans, lines of credit, and other funding solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (such as Finance, Operations, and Strategy) to estimate the companys capital needs.
  • Design and implement capital funding strategies based on the companys financial needs and objectives.
  • Determine the cost of capital and explore optimal funding structures to minimize financial risk while maximizing business growth.
  • Manage the execution of financial transactions,
  • Oversee the post-execution phase to ensure effective deployment and management of capital.
  • Monitor the performance of financial solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Other tasks when assigned

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing banking relationships and capital funding strategies.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and capital management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Display strong business acumen and relish working in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
  • Strong analytic insight and technical ability
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
