Lead - Talent Acquisition - Technical Recruitment
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
2. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and product roles including Developers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and related positions.
3. Source candidates through multiple platforms and channels while continuously expanding a strong talent pipeline and professional network.
4. Engage with candidates and hiring stakeholders to align expectations and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
6. Drive continuous improvements in hiring workflows, processes, and candidate experience.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS and other recruitment systems.
8. Handle necessary recruitment-related administrative responsibilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

3. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
4. Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar tools.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing and advisory capabilities.
7. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
