ViralKraft is a U.S.-based digital marketing company specializing in growth strategies for healthcare practices, including dental and medical clinics across the United States. We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can drive measurable results through advanced paid advertising strategies.

This role is for someone who has deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads and has successfully managed large ad budgets while leading teams and delivering strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize high-performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of ?4,00,000+ or higher.

Develop data-driven strategies to improve conversions, reduce cost per lead, and maximize ROI.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize.

Lead and guide junior marketing specialists and campaign managers.

Work closely with leadership to build scalable advertising systems.

Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Required Experience

Minimum 10+ years of direct experience managing performance marketing campaigns.

Proven track record managing paid ad budgets of ?4,00,000+ per month.

Master-level expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of campaign funnels, landing pages, conversion tracking, and lead generation strategies.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver consistent campaign performance.

Ability to show verifiable past campaign success and results.

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of SEO strategies and organic growth.

Experience managing campaigns for U.S. businesses or healthcare practices.

Engagement Model

Initial engagement will be hourly / contract based.

Based on performance, this role can transition into a long-term full-time leadership position.
