We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. This role will require expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, and other marketing automation platforms. A strong background in campaign optimization, analytics, and team management is crucial for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering degree or similar technical background.

This is a remote contract position in India, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Manage and optimize SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring the best return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition.

Utilize marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot to nurture leads and streamline marketing workflows.

Oversee Google Analytics and SEM tools to track performance, evaluate data, and optimize digital strategies.

Lead the creation and management of campaigns that drive results, including paid search and remarketing initiatives.

Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and craft tailored marketing strategies.

Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the success of campaigns.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to optimize targeting strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Manage campaign budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions while maximizing outcomes.

Provide regular reports and insights to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and clear communication.

Desired Skills and Experience:

7-10 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.

Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.

Engineering degree (preferred but not mandatory) to demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of analytics and experience with tools like Google Analytics,

Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical marketing strategies clearly to clients.

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with an emphasis on client relationship management.

Knowledge of content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing techniques.

Strong background in budget management and cost-effective campaign execution.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
