Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a driven Associate Product Manager to contribute to our Material Science Intelligence Solutions. This position provides hands-on experience with the industrys pioneering AI platform focused on the removal of hazardous materials from manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with experts from leading organisations such as Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, as well as innovative startups.

Product Support: Assist in defining requirements, specifications, and user stories that guide our engineering teams in platform development.

Customer Excellence: Support customers in successfully utilising the platform.

Roadmap Assistance: Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both company goals and customer needs.

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, prioritise, and document requirements for product enhancements.

Technical Collaboration: Help translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

User-Centric Design: Collect customer feedback and participate in usability testing to ensure intuitive product designs.

Product Lifecycle Support: Oversee various elements of the product lifecycle, from concept through launch, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Market Analysis: Research competitors and identify opportunities for innovation within the sector.

Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for development, marketing, and sales teams.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in product management or related roles, with exposure to AI technologiespreferably Generative AI in B2B enterprise software.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI technologies as applied in manufacturing.

Preferred Qualification: A degree in computer science engineering or experience in software development.

Customer Management: Developing skills in managing customer expectations and communicating requirements clearly.

Communication: Strong customer-focused communication skills to build and maintain client and partner relationships.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve product success.

Travel: Willingness to travel as required for the role.
