Meeting Summary IVR Developer Backfill extra notes outside of JD
o This is a backfill for previous candidate
- She was a strong performer quick learner and picked up IVR fast as she was a Java Dev
- Supported well by the team during ramp-up.
o Skill Highlights:
- Excellent IVR knowledge, including Google Dial-up.
- Familiar with AgentIC (AI service-based tool).
- Strong coding skills in Java or .NET.
- Preference for candidates with at least some IVR exposure seen as more valuable than those without.
- Possible extension being considered.
