Job Description

The Role

  • The Personal Loan Officer (Outdoor Sales) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with customers and engages them to understand their financial needs and provide thoughtful solutions. • Manage a portfolio and provide a high level of service resulting in client retention and sales growth. • Negotiate terms and conditions of loans to a satisfactory level between bank and borrower. • Analyze financial information and apply sound underwriting to make credit decisions. • Know/follow the banks’ loan policies and ensure members are following policies. • We offer competitive pay (salary plus commission) and excellent benefits.

Requirements

  • University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline. • Nature and length of previous experience: At least 1 year of experience in Outdoor Sales. • Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Communication Skills, Good Convincing Power and Management Skills. • Language Fluency: English • Current Location: UAE
