Role Summary
Scrum Lead will facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for Bluetooth software development teams, ensuring smooth sprint execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement while supporting timely and quality delivery of Bluetooth features.

Scrum Lead will facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for Bluetooth software development teams, ensuring smooth sprint execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement while supporting timely and quality delivery of Bluetooth features.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
- Ensure Scrum framework is followed by the Bluetooth development team
- Remove impediments impacting Bluetooth software development, testing, or integration
- Coordinate with Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog for Bluetooth features (Classic / BLE)
- Support team in sprint commitments, estimations, and delivery tracking
- Promote collaboration between Bluetooth developers, QA, system, and integration teams
- Shield the team from external interruptions during sprints
- Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burn‑down, action items)
- Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives
- Coach team on Agile best practices and self‑organized working model
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with embedded or Bluetooth software teams (Classic / BLE / Profiles)
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, system, validation)
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove delivery blockers
