We are a UAE based accounting firm providing professional accounting, bookkeeping, and VAT services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented female accounting intern to join our team and gain practical experience in UAE accounting practices, VAT & tax compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records for multiple clients
• Support preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Help with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in bank and cash reconciliations
• Support preparation and review of VAT workings and documentation
• Assist in VAT return preparation (under supervision)
• Organize and maintain client files and accounting records
• Perform data entry and assist with accounting reports
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
