Virtual Building Studio - Business Analyst

Virtual Building Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, and support the optimization of internal tracking systems.
What You'll Do?
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
- Prepare detailed workflows, wireframes, and supporting documentation
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency

- Manage and optimize internal tracking systems using Zoho Tracker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned
What It Takes?
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong skills in documentation, workflow creation, and wireframing
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Familiarity with Zoho Tracker or similar project tracking tools
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical thinking
